Henley Day Nursery welcomes children aged 2 to 4 years old.
We are open year-round from 7:30am - 6:00pm providing families with affordable, high-quality learning and experiences for their little ones.
The nursery year runs from September to August.
We accept pupils for either term-time only places or for year-round places.

Full Day: | 8:00am - 6:00pm |

Afternoon: | 1:00pm - 6:00pm |

We request half a term’s notice (8 weeks) for any session changes. Any changes are at the discretion of the nursery management and are reliant on spaces being available. Ad-hoc sessions may be booked with the nursery management, however, last-minute requests may not be granted if we do not have space within our adult: child ratios, so please let us know in plenty of time.
As well as bank holidays we will be closed for staff training on the Tuesday following the August bank holiday and the days between Christmas and New Year.

A non-refundable Registration Fee of £50 along with a refundable Registration Fee of £250 are payable to register a place at our nursery.
We accept up to 15 hours’ free childcare entitlement per week for up to 38 weeks of the year. For those registered for a term-time only place, we offer 15 hours per week for the total weeks attended. Those registered for a year-round place will receive their free hours pro-rated over the three funding periods (1 Sept – 31 Dec, 1 Jan – 31 Mar, 1 Apr – 31 Aug).

We require a minimum attendance of 4 sessions per week to join the nursery. A maximum of 2 morning-only sessions per week can be requested, subject to availability.
A 10% fee discount will be available for any child attending all year round, 0800-1800, 5 days a week.
Our fees include all food and consumables required to support our provision, with the exception of formula milk once we take babies. We also offer a wide range of activities during the nursery week; these are all included in the session rates where these are paid.
If using free childcare entitlement, you will be asked to pay towards the cost of food and consumables, and for some activities where funding does not meet the cost.
Please note that persistent late collections will result in a charge.
We regret that we are unable to reimburse or cancel sessions should you be away from the nursery on holiday.
